Can clients download my proof originals?
Proof galleries display watermarked previews. Original proof files are unavailable for client download; finished delivery photos can be downloaded individually or together.
How do clients access their photos?
Clients enter the private gallery code you share with them to open their gallery, browse their photos, and make their selections.
Can the gallery feel like my brand?
Yes. Add your studio branding so the gallery feels like a continuation of the experience you give clients during their shoot.
What happens when a gallery expires?
Client access ends when the gallery expires. Expiration and photo retention are separate: expiring a gallery does not immediately delete its photos.
